If a refund is requested prior to the start of a project and no work has been performed, a partial or full refund may be granted, depending on the circumstances and administrative costs involved. However, once a project has entered the production or execution phase—such as the commencement of website coding, content creation, ad campaign setup, or IT infrastructure deployment—no full refunds will be issued. In some cases, a prorated refund may be considered for incomplete services that have not yet been delivered.
For monthly recurring services such as SEO, PPC, or social media management, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. Refunds for ongoing services are not offered for the current or previous billing period, as the work is executed continuously throughout each month. No refunds will be issued for completed work, digital assets delivered, or services rendered in full.
